Data (Star Trek: TNG) just loves scanning for life forms..:D

I really love that scene in the movie where he starts 'singing' after Riker asks him to scan for any life forms.. sooo I made this stamp in honor of Data's little invented song.. ^^ I hope you like it, even if it's just a tiny little bit.

And yes, he did, when Riker asked him to scan for lifeforms he bursted out into a little song :p They all had these weird looks on their faces :D Anyway, I believe this happens in one of the movies, ST: Generations if I remembered correctly. :) It's been awhile since I saw some eps or the movies so I could be wrong. :) Thx for the fav, too!

Yes, you're very right, Spock would be nice to have as well. Yay for pointy ears! :D I also think Data was partially meant to replace/represent Spock, in some ways. Oh and Shatner indeed looked good in his ST days. :)

Oh yes, I do to. Like the wiki says he provides an, '...outsiders view on humanity.' ^.^ Thing is, every time Kirk is around a girl a red shirt (or several red shirts) dies.
